Continuation and update

  • Last post was about dieting and hunger! A friend read it and asked if I was talking about them and I just dismissed it with a simple, confused 'no' without thinking why they asked til later. I came on just now to update and reread it and was like 'wtf?!.. if you think that's about you then bitch you be starvin yourself!' :P However, I'm sure, if I elaborate, everyone who has ever seriously watched their weight will see themselves!!
  • I HATE the word diet. I hate even saying that I'm on a diet. I always judge people when they say that. I don't think the word diet, or my definition of it, is positive. It just makes me think deprivation, rules, limitations and hunger. Strict, scary, horrible!
  • Rules are not for me. The only rules I can ever follow are the ones I make because they are so flexible! There are certain limitations that need to be in place in my life but, ultimately, I live to be happy. Obsessing over every last calorie and every lost pound is NOT happiness to me!
  • That's not me dismissing diets or the approaches to weightloss that work for other people. My housemate is losing shitloads of weight on Unislim (Similar idea to Weight Watchers) and looking damn hot! And that shit ain't easy! The thought strikes fear in me because of the regimentedness. Numbers and targets and weighing foods and rules, even the fact that you have to be somewhere at a specific time and place every week!
  • I am NOT saying that my housemate or people who go to Unislim or WW or whatever are too hardcore or whatever, though I definitely think my hobag housemate could cut herself an occassional break on the exceptionally rare weeks she doesn't achieve yet another giant weightloss! (She reads this and knows that I am calling her a hobag in an affectionate way... that and she's a bitch! :P) My problem with the regime part, is the failure aspect.
  • At various points in my weightloss, I got really into weighing myself! That's what I consider being 'on a diet'. When you are rating your progress on numbers there is always a slight feeling that if you don't lose weight every week you are failing or setting yourself back or whatever. And that's the problem where I'm concerned- the pressure of it spurs you on when you do well and the negative shit that brings into your mind- I didnt lose weight this week/month. I suck. I am going to eat only grapes or whatever. I would not be able to do that but ya know what I'm getting at.
  • You cant ignore the numbers. You would be quite the fool to do that! I still weigh myself to check which way I'm moving. But I HATE getting obsessive about the weighing part. I hate doing that when I know I eat well 80% of the time and I really enjoy working out! Some weeks the 80% dips to 50% and then I give myself a talking to and get back on track! I know that's not an approach for everyone but it stops me getting bogged down in feeling like I suck when I 'fail'.
  • So, scratch that....when I wrote last time, it WAS about you, all of you, anyone who thinks it applies to them- it probably does. It wasnt AIMED at anyone though- nobody but the monsters in my mind. It was a general reference to shitty habits that don't solve anything long-term. Shit that loads of people do. It was me having a word with myself over feeling crappy for barely losing weight in 2011 when the important thing was that I was looking better and living better. I wasn't considering starving or whatever I refered to. I was talking myself out of falling into a pity party and likening pity parties to all the other shitty 'diet' habits that exist! Which is an important talk to have with myself considering I AM NOT ON A DIET!

  • AND NOW FOR THE UPDATE:

  • I'm back at 76kg! Hhahaha! Such a plateau number-wise! However, I think I'm proving myself right here- SIZE 12! Kinda proves the point right?! I'm still a 14 in trousers but my 14s are roomier than they were a month ago. I tried on stuff today in the shop- sizes 14 and 12. I walked out with only 12s. So negativity, obsessive weighing and forbidden foods can suck my balls! Weightloss is ultimately about your own self control. Have your cake (or chinese food in my case), eat it too, then don't have cake again til you REALLY want it (Sometimes it may be 2 days later but it happens.) and then enjoy it all the more! It seems to be working for me even if that dick of a scales won't agree! :P

Weight/fitness update

***
Since my gym membership ended in mid January I've gone to a few circuit training classes and tried to keep my overeating and naughtiness to a mininum. However, I weighed myself today and I'm 77 kg- 12 stone 2! Grrr!!! According to compliments recently, I am looking thinner in the last few weeks. Goddamned scales just needs to catch up!! Ha!!After my shitty weigh-in, I worked my ass off in a kettlebell class. Fook, that shit is hard!! Re-joining the gym tomorrow for another three months. I have a huge target set for myself too... My nephew is being christened on Easter Sunday, April 24th. I want to be in and around 11stone. So I'm aiming to lose 14-16lbs in 7 and a half weeks. 2lbs a week sounds doable but will mean curbing my treats, working out 5 times a week and cutting back on my daily intake of calories. The official count will begin tomorrow so get ready for a lot more weight-related updates!
***
The first pictures are from Dublin and Wexford! My nephew in Dublin is adorable and I'd a great weekend in Wexford with my cousin and his friends. The other pics are from this weekend at home. I was wearing a really cute high-waisted floral skirt but didnt think to get a photo! I haven't cut my hair btw -it's just pinned back.
Ok so that's about it on the update-front. Feel free to comment! And wish me luck!!! :P

Another week, another class

I did circuit training this evening. Some excercises were a lot more punishing than others but generally it wasn't TOO bad- except for holding in the pee doing jumping-jacks! Finished the hour sweaty, which is always good. I didn't get as red or sweaty as I would after an hour at the gym but it was more toning excercises than cardio which is gonna be good in conjunction with my normal workouts. I will definitely be attending next week!
Food-wise, I've been eating home-made Chinese food. Yum! Salt and chilli chicken- deep fried battered chicken stir-fried in salt, sugar, ginger powder, 5spice, garlic powder, sesame oil, fresh chillis and sliced peppers! Egg fried rice! Fried noodles! Oil! Oil! Calories!!! Yum! I also had some divine Black Forest Gateaux today. Was so yummy! Very naughty though!!
(drool)
Hoping I won't be too sore tomorrow. I really need to work off all the grease, sugar and cream!

Quick one

This week has been a great one diet and exercise well. I haven't been an angel and drank Friday, Saturday and Sunday which ups my calorie intake for those days but Monday and Tuesday were good! I weighed myself this evening. On Saturday I was up to 77.5kg. I'm now 77kg. Bang on. Not 77.something. Firmly at the halfway point and crossing over it!
Last Thursday we went to a Zumba class. It was SO much fun but, being the first class, it was very basic and VERY crowded. Left after the hour feeling great but definitely not worked out. So, while I enjoyed it and am aware it'll get more complex as the weeks go by, I can't justify spending money on a class every week that won't necessarily give me the results I want. Does this mean I'm officially a gym bunny? Maybe... a little!! I just don't see the point of easy exercise. I am at the point where I enjoy pushing myself, especially now I'm on track. Now to lose those 3lbs by Feb 1st! (My January goal was 7lb and I've lost 4 so far.) Thinking I'll do a circuit training class on Friday. That should be suitably punishing! ;)

Resolutions

{I'm posting about weightloss again (surprise, surprise) and this post will feature many pictures depicting my journey from a size-10 17 year old to a size-14 25 year old (and the jump up and down from size18 is in there somewhere)!}2002-before it all started goin wrong!ha! At least I've better hair now!
2003-I loved trilbies at this point!
Slimming and weight-loss is everywhere at the moment. January is THE month for kickstarting change in your life. Unfortunately it's also the month of shitty weather (at least it is where I am) and dark days which seriously makes a person want to curl up on the couch and never leave the house!

All the same, magazines, newspapers, tv shows and adverts are blasting out images of six packs and advice on a healthier lifestyle. Some of the stuff I read is helpful and some is just ridiculously simple common sense. "Instead of a chocolate bar, why not snack on fruit?" Why not? Seriously? If I could make those kind of snack swaps I wouldn't have a lardass!!!2004-in an outfit matching some random lady in the bar!

All the same, having made great strides in the right direction, the year change does inspire me. This WILL be the year I reach goal- a weight I haven't seen in 8 or so years. I have spent so many Januarys thinking "I don't believe in resolutions" while really I just didn't want to start something and fail. 2007- Definite weight gain between Feb and May

Now that I've made some progress I know I have a different definition of failure. It isn't having a bad day or even a bad week. It isn't skipping the gym or eating that pizza. Failure is giving up or never bothering to try and I spent too long in that mind-frame.
2008- my first pencil skirt, size 14, worn to death!
2008- not long before I left for a year in Korea where I PORKED up!

2009- June. For our last hurrah in Korea we decided to dress 'classy' for a party at ours. My friend Doug and I looked spectacular, I think. This is prob my biggest. Hard to find pictures that show it though! This picture just makes me LAAAAAAAAUGH though!

2009 (September)In Rome for my sister's wedding. I'd been trying to lose weight but hadn't lost much. Don't remember my weight- think I've blocked it from memory or else I didnt convert from kg!

2010- (June) home from Spain. I'd lost weight over the months and was about to join the gym.

So 2011 will be the year I suceed. That doesn't mean I'll be on track every day, every we
ek or even every month (September and December were slow months for me weight-loss wise). It DOES mean I'll keep looking to the next goal. Even if I reach goals late, I'll still be suceeding. So 2011- BRING IT ON!

This picture is from November I think but I have hardly any shots where you can see my body. Size 14-ish and moving on down! :)

Halfway to goal!!!!

After all the crazy eating and drinking from Christmas finally ended, I found it really hard to get back into a good routine. Yesterday and today have been the best food-wise since the festivities so I'm hoping that's the end of gorgefest!
I headed to the gym today and weighed myself expecting to see 78 kg-ish and was amaaaazed to weigh in at 77kg! 170 lbs! Halfway! 4lbs in under a week just by going back to my normal eating habits and stopping the booze train I was on! (It's more like 77.2 kg but meh!) If I lose another 3lbs this month I'll fulfill my January goal!! :) Fingers crossed!
So pleased I'm at the halfway mark. It was only a matter of a few pounds but the symbolism is the important thing. Last week I had more than 50% left to do and now I don't. AND I was only two weeks late! (Halfway was my Christmas goal.)
Waaaaaaaaaaaaheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyy
Now here's hoping the scales wasn't wrong! :P

2lbs up and snowed in

So pissed with this weather- snowy and icy sucks, especially with our oil gone in the apartment. All I've wanted to eat for the last few days is crap. I've been doing so well too. The weather is also making my gym visits difficult because the paths on the way are too slippy. I got there today but it wasn't very safe.
Such a bad combo- increased appetite and an inability to work out. Tomorrow I'm going to try to eat well and do some excercising at home. Although, right now I'm feeling ill so hope I'm not coming down with something. :( Bad week in all! >:(

Anticipation

I'm sitting in the office at my Mum's work helping out for a few hours and wearing my size 14 trousers! :)

I was so annoyed because I missed my delivery from ASOS yesterday and went in to the post office with the slip to pick it up today and was told they don't do package collection on Saturday! Grrrrr! It's a post office.... POST office! What's the point of being open if I can't pick up my damned post?!!?!So now I've to wait til Monday and I'm very anxious to try these size 14 dresses on and see if they fit and if they look in any way nice!

Also on Monday is my weigh-in. I've been cheating and weighing myself at the gym and apparently I've lost 4lbs since Tuesday but it's not official til Monday.

The gym is going well. I've been 4 times this week including swimming twice as well as my usual mixture of weights and cardio, weight machines and free weights with fitness ball. I'm trying to remember to keep my core engaged as much as possible too. Food-wise I've been doing good this week too- mostly healthy meals and snacks and generally low-calorie.

Yesterday, though, I relaxed for the day and had some treats. I'd a pint of Coors Light, over half of a homemade pepper and chorizo pizza (I went light on the chorizo and cheese and heavy on the fresh chillis) as well as half a bag of microwave popcorn and 2 packets of Banshee Bones which are my weakness (at least they're only about 100 calories per pack). I also had some chicken and veg soup and a couple of apples with peanut butter as well as water, Coke Zero, 2 cups of green tea and 2 double expressos.

Saturday night is looming which means white wine and X Factor. Tomorrow I'll probably sleep all day, eat something low calorie like soup (surprise, surprise) and then get my usual Chinese takeaway of (dry, battered) salt and chilli chicken and boiled rice- cos I'm badass like that! And then it's Monday and my weigh-in and Asos dresses! Can't wait!

Plans

Where I'm at:
September:

Ok, so it's a bad picture but even with that you can see I have a belly, regardless of the angle.
November:I'm def getting more waist definition and less belly. SLOWLY getting there!
(Excuse the visible bra. Turns out I don't have many plain black bras. Silly pink ribbons! )
** First outfit is from New Look in size 16 but could have benefit from some Spanx-esque support!
** Second outfit: Top (14), jacket (14) and jewellry are Primark. Skirt (with belt) is from ASOS (16).

So yesterday and today I lowered my calorie intake significantly. Tomorrow will be a soup and smoothie day. May do it for Thursday too if I'm not too hungry.

I had put on a pound but I've lost it and am back at 12.12. I've decided I need to stop weighing myself so often and from now on it'll be on Mondays only. The next few Mondays are important!

Christmas kicks off for me on Saturday 18th when I'll visit my sexy bitch friend Charlene in Galway, two hours away. A night of hijinks will ensue no doubt seeing as that is the unofficial night of the 12 pubs of Christmas.

(The 12 pubs is a popular kick-off of the festivities. It's a big, messy pub crawl with rules. One drink per bar in a certain time frame with a certain amount of loo breaks and so on. Dirty Irish alcos, eh?! I don't know that I fully approve because I know me with 12 drinks and it ain't pretty but each to their own!)

Anyway, so I'm working towards Christmas size 14 and it will have to be achieved by the 18th which, as of now ( 2.40am 24th Nov), gives me 25 days. I don't know how many lbs this will take but if I can be losing 2 a week, I'll be well pleased!

Aaaaaand plateau

Time to go hardcore. Haven't lost anything in the last couple of weeks. I need to address this straight away. So pissed off! So I need to step up the gym, cut calories and cut down on the treats. I want to be in size 14 for Christmas.

Don't go changin'

Oh dear! I've been talking with lots of different people and been around a lot of people trying to lose weight. I have also become aware that a lot of people are out to prove things with their weight loss. I would like to think I'm losing the pounds because it will help ME in the long run, not impress other people. I let myself slide down the slippery slope; ignoring how big I was getting, burying my head in the sand and thinking that if I 'OWN' it, then it's fine (even if I was secretly deeeeeeeeeeeply unhappy). So now, every so often, I look in the mirror and feel good! I'm regaining control of my body. It is a JOURNEY and not an easy one but there is no need to be a dick just because you're on track.

I know a girl who has lost a lot of weight- who never even had MUCH to lose- and is seemingly determined to draw attention to how different she is now; not physically but in her lifestyle. It makes me sad because she seemed very much an 'OWN IT' type of girl. I get that you're proud of yourself but there's more to a person than their dress size.

Weightloss is only one part of your life but because weight and body image are so important to women it can really effect other aspects of life. I'm lucky because my housemate has joined Unislim so is very much on the wagon and we can talk about shared excitement when we drop a few pounds and are very supportive of each other. It's nice to cut through the bullshit and be honest. Weightloss is as simple as eat less, excercise more. There's no need to be a total psycho about it. It's not easy but it shouldnt rule your life either.

Pump IRON

I look good eh?!

So eating wise things are not quite ideal. But, on the other hand, exercise is going well. I've been at the gym 6 out of the last 7 days! Some days are more productive than others and I havent been swimming in weeks (which I miss but it's too cold and miserable to walk home from the gym with wet hair). Still, though, things are generally going well. I'm mixing cardio and weights and lots of stretching and messing around on the ball and with dumbbells. I also have the 15/20 minute walk to and from the gym which is usually brink because it's rainy as helllll these days!

It's less than 6 weeks to Chrstmas now so I really need to get back in the game. Diet is key!! When Kate Moss was quoted as saying "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." there was uproar with people saying she was encouraging anorexia etc.. Well, whatever about that, she has a point. You aren't going to look how you want to and eat all in sight. Balance is the key.

I'm struggling with my late evening snacking. I haven't even eaten anything too bad all week but I'm eating too much at night. I really want to get to goal by Summer and I won't if I don't kick my ass in gear! As it is, I definitely won't hit my Christmas goal. :( So that spells the end of my generous late night snacking.

That being said, I WILL still treat myself if I really want it but I DEFINITELY need to start questioning whether I do want it.

On that note, check out Suzi Storm's tips. I love her no bullshit attitude!

Feelin goooood

Weightloss is going well, though I weigh myself more than I should (at least twice a week). On Wednesday I had put on a pound but I lost it and another by today. So another pound down! :)

I only made it to the gym twice this week and probably won't make it Sunday so will only be 3 times and I have been aiming for 5. I'm not bothered though really. Going for quality over quantity and my two workouts this week have been great- sweaty and long and varied. (Haha that sounds really pervy!)

Also not beating myself up over diet. As long as I'm not overeating or existing on junk, I think it's healthier to eat plenty and not deprive myself and have a couple of unhealthy or calorific snacks if I really want them. I know what I'm like and if I went cold turkey on all the 'bad' foods, I'd end up binging and falling off the wagon or else I'd reach goal and then treat myself by pigging out and resuming bad habits. It makes a lot more sense to me to maintain an 80% success rate from week to week. As long as I'm losing weight, I'm doing something right!

Can't believe it's November

I've lost 3lbs more! I am now 12.13! Yay! Under 13 stone now and striving for 12ish by Christmas.
Gym is going really well. Back on track and I'm feeling great. I'm doing less cardio and more weights. A personal trainer I know (not MY personal trainer- I'm not that swank) advised me that high reps of low weights would do a lot better for me at this stage. Cardio after a few months kind of plateaus. So for the last two weeks I've been doing less cardio and doing it with weights when I do.
I'm still cheating a bit diet wise but I'm eating mostly healthy stuff. I'm allowing myself hangover days and treats though and having a takeaway once a week- swap the fried rice for boiled though. Saturday nights are for drinking still but it does seem that my resistance has gone down so it's hard to get the right balance between sober and hammered.
Keeping a food diary is hugely helpful. I'm addicted to peppermint tea at the moment and having something to drink helps me from eating myself out of house and home! Eat lots of protein and drink lots of water peeps!!

Pictures are from Halloween obviously!! I was a living doll!

Update: weightloss and goals

I'VE LOST ANOTHER 2lbs!!! YAY!!
So I've been AWOL from not just my blog but also the gym. For the whole month of September I'd say I went about 5 times! In my defence, I had a busy month moving home from Spain and then into my new apartment at the beginning of this month. And then my gym membership was up. So, my main focus for the last 6 weeks or so has been weight maintenance til I get back on track and on the fitness shizz again.
So, when I rejoined the gym on Friday, I was really shocked to see that I'd lost another 2lbs! I was really happy with myself, especially when I realised that put me a quarter of the way through my weightloss! :)
It seems like a good time to set out my goals. Some are long shots when it comes to timing but I think that I haven't really tried THAT hard to lose weight- at least diet-wise- so far, so if I can step it up a notch I CAN achieve this!

  • Overall weightloss goal: From 14stone to 10stone 4lbs. (3 stone 10lbs/ 46lbs)
  • Current weight: 13stone 2lbs (12lbs loss)
  • Christmas weight: 12 stone 2lbs **long shot- would be happy to be under 12 and a half
  • Goal weight reached by April 2011 (As of now, 34lbs to go)
I think I lost weight, in spite of not working out, because I was aware that I had to keep myself in check food-wise.
Also, I am drinking less. Over the Summer I'd often be out two nights and then drink in my sister's on another night. These days it's usually one and I've also cut out the random drinks here and there.
Another thing that's really helping is the fact that almost everyone I know is watching their weight at the moment! My best friend/housemate has lost 9lbs in the last 2 weeks! Go her!! And another friend of ours has lost a couple of stone in the last few months and is looking very slim indeed. I think when that happens you really feel that you need to up your game. Three of my sisters have been working out and dieting recently too and they look great! So it's time for me to really get back on track.
One thing I have to watch out for though is post-gym treats! I've been to the gym 3 times since Friday and every time I leave the gym I'm starving and really proud of myself- not a good combo! On Monday I ended up getting a bag of chips to reward myself. Fine once in a while but not a good habit!
Here's another eye look using the 88 Ultra Shimmer palette. I hardly ever wear blue eyeshadow these days so thought it'd be nice for a change from all my neutrals. Also made the mistake of cutting my fringe short again- eugh please GROW!

Finally, I just wanted to thank everyone who reads my blabbering. I'm way behind on my blog reading at the moment so hope everyone is doing well and all my fellow dieters are staying on track. I'm getting the internet soon so will be back to my normal blog stalking/ sporadic posting habits soon.

Weightloss/FItness update

  • I think I'm on the road back! I've been to the gym twice this week- yay!!
  • On Monday I did a helluva lot of weights because I really felt that as I hadn't put on weight, I needed to make sure I was doing something for the muscle tone that I had started to develop before I fell off the wagon. So, after an hour walk to get to the gym (I live in the country), I did 30 minutes cardio- 10 on treadmill and 20 on wave machine followed by inner thigh, outer thigh and 3 different sets of upper arm weights and some sit-ups. (I was so proud that I ate some crisps after- bad Claire!)
  • Tonight I did something similar- 10 minutes cross trainer, 20 minutes wave machine followed by some painful situps, inner and outer thigh as well as upper arms. This was followed by 20 minutes of swimming at a fairly leisurely pace. I think that's my winning combo- variety + lots of weights! I just need to step up on the situps aspect because my stomache is still very untoned which sucks as I've definitely slimmed down around my waist in the last couple of months.
  • Food-wise I've been good(ish) since Monday, though I'm still a late night snack fiend. I'm just trying to keep myself full during the day in as a healthy a way as possible so if I want to be bad in the evening it isn't a total disaster. I know that it's VERY BAAAAAAD to eat at night but I stay up late and it's force of habit which has been made worse by my teaching hours over the last 2 years. It's EVEN worse now that I'm unemployed. At least I can stay up late most nights anyway- what with having nothing to wake up for!!
  • Anyway, point being; weighed myself again tonight and I'm still the same. I'm very pleased with that. I wasn't expecting a loss, was just frightened I'd have put on weight! Hopefully I can settle into a routine again soon. Problem is my gym membership is up this week and I'm moving this weekend so I'm going to be too busy to change gym AND work out when it's the weekend and there is moving to be done and beverages to be consumed. Oh dear! I'll keep you guys posted and, in the meantime, will try to be healthy so I can report some weightloss again!!

Much needed update

Spongebob has his dick out!
Oh dear! I am extremely sucky! I have totally neglected my bloggy world recently. Oooops! So here comes the update:
My hair looks well strange here but I haven't changed it.
  • I decided Spain was no longer viable- in order to do my post grad next year or the year after, I need to be Ireland-based (to get a grant). This sucks immensely because I LOVED my Spanish life but, then, what's not to love about four day weeks, a great work environment complete with hilarious students and great bosses, and, of course, crazy weekends?! But that is, in the end, is liiiife! Not going to get all boo hoo, even if Ireland has ZERO jobs for people like me! I'm moving into a fun apartment with my best mate and we're going to be dole scum for a while!!! Haha! I will miss the perving on Spanish men but am already being a total sex-pest to at least one lad and have a couple of "options" if I get real desperate!!! Hahaha! And I have never really lived in my hometown as an adult so at least I'll experience that!
Giants!
  • Edel and I were in Spain last week tying up the loose ends. It was fun and sad at the same time. (The photos are some random ones from the week there. Very, very random ones!)
  • I have been taking pictures with the intention of blogging on myriad topics. As soon as I get a little more settled those will start to appear!
I just find this creepy somehow!
  • I have been listening to some great music so will be posting some of that probably too.
  • I have almost totally fallen off the gym/ diet wagon over the last three weeks so very much need to get back to brass tacks. I have not gained weight though and have made it to the gym a few times. I'm still at 84 kg where I was 89 when I first returned to using weighing scales'! (Haha!) I am motivated enough that I think I can get to 12 stone-ish by Christmas. (Weighing myself in kilos at the gym but still think in pounds and stone. I have around one and a half stone that I want gone by Christmas.)
Random parade shiz!
  • I have kinda been following all my blogs but have probably missed loads and it bugs me! Hope you guys haven't been up to too much! :P
  • I still suck at formatting these posts. I could really use some lessons on how to use Blogger! Sorry peeps. I suck!
And that's about it for now. I hope all you guys are well. Please , as always, feel free to comment, email, whatever! Thanks for reading!!

Weight-loss update

I had a crazy weekend of drinking and eating waaaay too much. I was visiting friends so that was my excuse. When I last went to the gym (Saturday), I'd lost 2 more pounds. I was all excited but then the diet went totally by the wayside as I was away from home and partying. I ate chips 3 days running and had pizza twice and a chinese too. That's on top of a lot of beer, gin and shots! Eurgh! So tomorrow I'm back at the gym and I'm so worried I'm gonna be up like 4lbs! :( Back to reality from now on. I'm heading back to Spain in a week and a half and would love to have lost another 4lbs to make it a full stone of weightloss. (It's actually more I'd say but I wasn't weighing myself when I first came home. I've only been counting since around the 10th of July. Anyway, camera is still out of action but here are some pics from Sunday night when my friend Charlene was getting camera happy(and pervin on my arse, haha)! Blouse and skirt are from New Look, tights are by Pretty Polly from legslove.ie and shoes are Primark from last year.
